Two people have life-threatening injuries after a vehicle was shot at in Etobicoke on Tuesday evening.

Police were called to the Albion Rd. and Siverstone Dr. area just after 6 p.m.

“The indications are that a white car pulled up to another car and started shooting into the other car and then the white car fled,” Const. David Hopkinson said.

The car that was shot into stayed at the scene.

“We have two victims with life-threatening injuries and officers are assisting with two separate emergency runs to hospital,” Hopkinson said.

He would not give details about the victims or their vehicle.

Paramedics said they transported a man and a woman in their 20s to hospital.

Police continue to investigate.
